$222 OR $333 property management referral

Heritage Premier Realty agrees to pay a $333.00 referral fee to any licensed Realtor® (through their brokerage) who refers an owner client to us for our Property Management Services. This referral is paid per DOOR referred.
Referral fee is paid upon an executed full management agreement and new lease signed by new or existing tenant. Residual quarterly referrals of 2% are paid on rents collected. Does not apply to other fees collected.
If the referred customer approaches Heritage Premier Realty regarding buying or selling, we GUARANTEE we will return the referred client back to the referring Realtor®.
Heritage Premier Realty agrees to pay a $222.00 referral fee to any licensed Realtor® (through their brokerage) who refers a tenant customer to us for one of our managed properties.
Referral fee is paid upon an executed lease agreement and is paid upon tenant’s payment of their first full month’s rent. There are no residual referrals paid for tenant customers.
If the referred customer approaches Heritage Premier Realty regarding buying, we GUARANTEE we will return the referred client back to the referring Realtor®.
