RE/MAX Traders Unlimited Property Management manages over 200 units in the greater Peoria area.  There are always maintenance requests being submitted in varying degrees of scale.  A service we also provide is to manage and conduct complete rehabs of properties for our property owners.

We are always looking for part-time sub-contractors who are able to assist us in both the small and the large tasks as well as provide general assistance to the entire maintenance team.

These positions report directly to our maintenance supervisor.  The maintenance supervisor is responsible for routing techs and overseeing the work is being completed in a professional and timely manner.

This is a year-round opportunity for someone looking for additional work in a field they are passionate about and excel in.

I agree this is an independent contractor position. I would not be an employee of RE/MAX Traders Unlimited Property Management. I am responsible for paying my own taxes and keeping my own income/expense records.
The maintenance crew rotates their on-call nights and weekends throughout the year for any emergency work orders that may come in. I agree to be put in this rotation and understand shift trades can be worked out if I have prior obligations.
